Frank Gibson is the most accomplished drum instructor in New Zealand music, with 36 years experience. A second generation musician, taught by his father, he has gone on to teach some of the greatest drummers in New Zealand music today.
His previous students include Michael Franklin-Browne (of Pluto), Paul Roper (of The Mint Chicks), Paul Russel (of Supergroove, Bic Runga, Eight and Che Fu) and Luke Casey (of Eye TV and The Relaxomatic Project).
In addition to his regular tuition, Frank has taught at Edith Cowan University in Perth, Western Australia. as well as Auckland University. He is currently teaching at Massey University in Auckland.
